How it works

1. Reuse your own box – Grab any sturdy box you already have at home (up to 16x16x16 inches and 20 lbs max).
   
   
2. Fill It Up – Pack it with toys your family no longer uses - from action figures and LEGO bricks to plush toys and board games.
   
   
3. Ship It Back – Your prepaid return label is emailed immediately after checkout so you can pack and ship the same day. Drop it off whenever it’s convenient for you.

What You Can Send

We accept:

• Toys your kids have outgrown and no longer use
• Action figures and dolls
• LEGO® and building sets 
• Hot Wheels®, Matchbox®, and die-cast vehicles
• Remote control toys (please remove batteries first)
  
• Stuffed animals and plush toys in good condition
• Fisher-Price, Little Tikes, and toddler toys
• Board games and card games with all pieces
• Small outdoor toys like jump ropes, foam balls, and sidewalk toys

We don't accept:

• Broken toys or toys missing major parts
  
• Puzzles
  
• Happy Meal toys and promotional mini toys
  
• Anything with batteries still inside
  
• Plush toys with tears, exposed stuffing, or missing eyes
  
• Toys larger than approximately 16 inches
